Pan.do/ra Vagrant

1) Install Vagrant (https://www.vagrantup.com/)
1) Checkout this repository
2) Setup Vagrant

 $ vagrant up

3) Open Browser at http://localhost:2620/
4) SSH into VM

 $ vagrant ssh
