config.jsonc (copied on install), config.pandora.js, config.padma.jsonc, config.oxdb.jsonc (versioned)

png/icon.png, png/logo.png (copied on install)

png/icon.pandora.png, png/logo.pandora.png (versioned)

etc.

there is stuff in /scripts
siteDialog.js contains customization, too
