Ok, so according to http://www.imdb.com/country/, there is "Palestine" (under British mandate, in the 1930s) and "Palestinian Territories" (today's Palestine). If it was that simple, we could add Mandatory Palestine as a new country, like West Germany. But they actually have entries with "Occupied Palestinian Territories" as well, and some entries from recent years say "Palestine".
Given these inconsistencies ... can we normalize this at parser level?
