timeline view, ']' should also seek to final annot out-point, before proceeding to first annot in-point #620

timeline view, videos with annotations till the end, say here -> the last annot timecode extends till the end of the video
http://pad.ma/ALR/timeline

using ']' to go to next annot (next in / out point), currently does not stop at the out-point of the last annot (which is also the end of the video), but goes straight to the in-point of the next annot, which is the first annot of the video.

instead, after the last annot-in-point, ']' should take me to the last annot-out-point.

Wontfix. Go to previous/next annotation is symmetrical with Select previous/next annotation (B/N). Also, Go to previous/next will go back/forward on the timeline, which wouldn't be guaranteed if we were visiting out points as well. Workaround: [ O [ O and ] O ] O.

What's in fact missing is "seek to prev/next annotation in-or-out-point". And the workaround is rather something like [ / shift+O [ / shift+O. Still wontfix.
