Open dialog where you can select full/selection, resolution, h264/webm, torrent/movie, etc.

Also, provide an option to download subtitles (time-shifted in case of "download selection").

In the video player, "download" should be a button.

If the video player also gets an embed option, then both embed and download are probably best placed in the menu.
