timeline view: 'N' should only cycle through current annots #406

in timeline view,
'N' seems to cycle through annots in a random order, and seems to go to the next annot timecode if nothing is already selected.
'N' should cycle through annots at current position, in order of appearance, beginning from the top, and on reaching the bottom, should preferably not move on to next timecode, but return to first annot on page, at current position.
