should have a keyboard shortcut to cycle through annots and/or layers
(on old padma this was N)

here for example
http://next.pad.ma/ALT/timeline/00:45:03,00:45:03,00:47:18.480
select current annot shortcut '' only selects one of the four layers there, one must then use mouse to select a specific annot to edit.

one should instead be able to do all this only on keyboard.

What's missing is a shortcut for previous/next, outside the previous/next result context.

Looks list this should be B/N for back/next.
