Installing from README.md

"We recommend to run pan.do/ra inside of LXD or LXC" is too unspecific, the further readme files in vm are hard to find, this should be all included inline.
Instructions end with installation, there is no hint how to run pan.do/ra. In case you figure out ./ctl start, there is no info where or on what port pan.do/ra is running.
Once started, there is a pan.do/ra "We will be back in a minute" screen on localhost. There is no info on how to proceed.
A bit later, there is a "404 Not Found" nginx message on localhost. Again, hard to say what to do.
