New IMDb IDs have 8 digits now.

This is unsupported, in various places.

For example: cannot reassign https://0xdb.org/0x4F1F17D3E60F7828/info to https://0xdb.org/10226810

(id gets shortened in media view, new url would be interpreted as date)
