It's easy to get into a state where the dragged clip is inserted half a screen above the mouse, making it impossible to place it at the end of an edit.

Generally, there are often inconsistencies between the order in the list and the order on the timeline.

Also - related or unrelated - such a clip, once deleted, can no longer be added via copy & paste.

It looks like the scroll offset is not taken into account (i.e. clip is not at the top of the list just because it's at the top of the screen)
