since in reality, the options are

Add a new item, with or without video import/upload
Import/upload a video for an existing item, adding a new file or replacing the existing one (plus removing one or more existing files)

Add item (without video | upload | import)
Update item (orderable list of existing files with delete button, list of deleted files with undelete button, option to upload | import multiple times)

Delete items from archive (triggers confirmation dialog)

Add is always active, update is active if exactly one item is selected (or active), delete is active if one or more items in "All items" are selected (or an item is active).

Rename "Delete items from list" to "Remove items from list"?

Buttons for "All Items" list should be add (plus symbol) and update (edit symbol)
