Uncaught <TypeError>: Cannot read property 'id' of null    <AnnotationFolder>.js?0.1.3693:234

Annotation deselected in the bin, but still selected on the timeline, and still in the URL.

To reproduce this, load the page with the item ID and annotation ID in the URL.
