oxtimelines uses gstreamer 0.10 but gst-ffmpeg is no longer in ubuntu 14.04 and gst-libav only exists for gst 1.0

Options:

  • port oxtimelines to GStreamer 1.0
  • port oxtimelines to use ffmpeg/libav
