right now if you have no internet or the server is down,
15, sometimes more error dialogs pop up. this is to much.

The site should never display more than one dialog, possibly indicating inside that more than one error occurred.

The error dialog doesn't need the django trace anymore (available in console), but should have a "Report" option. It would be good if the report would include some error data, or reference to error data.

Currently, there's error and timeout, we should add offline (navigator.onLine, or request static resource), which would not have the "Report" option.

Then, error dialogs could be remodeled to be culmulative. Not sure how error + timeout accumulates.
