Most importantly, we need a no-submit-on-blur mode, for copy & paste from other context.

Editables should have an option that specifies the associated menu element (Menu Button, maybe Menu Bar), which provides access to "Insert HTML...", Submit on Blur on/off, etc.

Also, the cursor should be placed at the position that received the click. Possibly, we want focus on singleclick (or control+singleclick for links), setting cursor position, and a ^E = edit keyboard shortcut.
