now that browser fullscreen kind of works making the video fullscreen should also put the browser into fullscreen mode if its not already.

There are two different kinds of fullscreen: video fullscreen (which is just a shortcut to hide the rest of the UI) and actual fullscreen (which used to be buggy, depending on browser/OS)

Rename the functionality to "maximize" then.

The use case is: Have the video take maximal screen estate (like /tv), without losing other stuff on my screen, and without OS fullscreen delay.
