After creating a smart list, it is not selected (and the name input doesn't have focus).

After removing it there is a JS error (related to editing a table cell).

Happens both when creating from main menu and from folder menu.

The same occasionally happens with static lists, too.

It looks like in pandora.addList, the load handler bound once in reloadList doesn't run the first time (and only after deleting the list).

Sometimes, the JS error appears even before the new list appears in the folder.
