Does this shadow (i.e. prevent) the regular page reload?

How does it relate to other control_* keyboard shortcut bugs (like #1595, Firefox select all)?

Can we UA-detect the presence of a functional control key (i.e. presence of a command/meta key)?

Is there another combination (alt_control_shift?) that's not yet taken for something like clear cache and reload?

Reverted for now.
