Basic functionality: list of items and their current state (pending, uploading, encoding, failed, missing?), with option to cancel upload/encoding and re-trigger encoding. Uploading/encoding should have a queue index.

Polling once per minute, plus reload button.

Upload should be integrated (get rid of blocking dialog while uploading), plus menu extra and warning on unload.
