Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When an update fails after downloading, but before building, the next update will not download new files, and thus not rebuild.
It's slightly weird UI that rebuilding is not an option to ./update.py, but to pandora/manage.py.
could add it to update.py but not sure what else is missing
added an alias ./update.py static
leaving open for now since this might need further cleanup.
