Opens when, from any editable text (can be annotation, info page, about text, etc), "Insert Image" or "Insert PDF" is selected - or when in documents view, "Add Document" is triggered. In the first case, the documents are filtered by type, in the second case, we have to allow multi-select. The "Done" button is replaced with "Don't Select"/"Select".
