In the DB, store the hash as 64-bit int (not 16 char hex string), drop user/rightslevel data.

For the frontend, that means that when selecting a clip, the "Open Clip" button has to be disabled if the user has no rights to see the item.

Hashes should be per cut, using the middle frame. In the dialog, the cuts should be videos, with the middle frame as poster frame.
