some imdb data uses foo_bar, this shoul be fooBar.
fixes needed in python-ox, pandora backend and frontend

The rule now seems to be that everything that appears in URLs, which includes itemKeys, is not camelCase, but javascripteventnamecase, i.e. all lower case
