Off by local time zone in statistic dialog #1111

If the idea is to use local time in statistics, then we're getting it wrong: While the most recent "first seen" in the users dialog is currently "2012-11-01 00:10:17", the statistics dialog seems to treat it as "2012-10-31T23:10:17Z".
