oxtimeline - create timeline from video

depends on
    gstreamer 0.10.30 or newer
    python-imaging
    gst-python
    numpy
    python-ox

on ubuntu 10.04 you need
    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gstreamer-developers/ppa

Python API
  import oxtimeline
  
  timeline = oxtimeline.Timeline(videoFile)
