To build a new version you need pywin32 http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20220/pywin32-220.win32-py3.5.exe/download and cx_Freeze from hg hg clone https://bitbucket.org/anthony_tuininga/cx_freeze
