and run jpg.py to create smaller versions

then put the whole thing on a web server
or just open index.html in your browser

works with firefox, safari and chrome
does not work with internet explorer

this software will evolve eventually, but for now it's just
intended to allow a few friends to drop picasa and/or flickr
